Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
These terms apply when you browse this site or engage Scale Up for design, development, CRM, automation, or AI work.
Using this website
The content here is provided for general information. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or copy our content for resale.
Projects and proposals
Every engagement is confirmed in a written proposal or agreement that sets out scope, timeline, deliverables, and price. Where those documents conflict with this page, they take priority.
Anything not written into the agreed scope is treated as a new request and may change the timeline or price.
Payments
Projects usually start with a deposit, with the balance invoiced per the agreed schedule. Monthly services are billed in advance.
Late payments may pause active work until the account is settled.
Your responsibilities
You provide accurate content, brand materials, and access to any accounts we need, and confirm you have the rights to everything you send us.
Timely feedback keeps the project on schedule; delays in approvals shift delivery dates.
Ownership
Once a project is paid in full, you own the final deliverables produced for you. We keep ownership of our internal tooling, frameworks, and reusable components, and may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Third-party tools
Some solutions rely on third-party platforms for hosting, CRM, messaging, or AI. Their own terms and pricing apply, and we are not responsible for outages or changes on their side.
Results and liability
We build systems designed to generate leads and save time, but we do not guarantee specific revenue or ranking outcomes. Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the affected work.
Cancellation
Either side may end an engagement in writing. You pay for work completed up to that date, and we hand over the finished deliverables.
